Beneficial stilbene-based derivatives: From the synthesis of new catalytic photosensitizer to 3D printouts and fiber-reinforced composites

• New stilbene derivatives were synthesized for the role of efficient photosensitizers. Application in 3D printing using vat polymerization, visible based direct ink writing. Preparation fiber-reinforced composite and formation MCNTs nanocomposites. meta - para -cyanoderivatives 1,4-di(styryl)benzene 1,3-di(styryl)benzene investigated their use as photosensitizers iodonium salt various photopolymerization processes. Detail spectroscopic characteristic this compound performed, mechanism initiation binary photoinitiating system together with iodine was discussed confirmed by experiments. Using real-time FTIR, usefulness proposed highly processes tested, including: free-radical acrylate monomer or cationic epoxy glycidyl monomers. In addition, interpenetrating polymer networks two-component initiating systems performed.
